Need help changing email set for API Sandbox account

We’re running into an OAuth linking issue with Deel Sandbox accounts and wanted to confirm the correct setup.

Context:

  • Our Deel Sandbox account is currently associated with: tanisha.navadi@merge.dev

  • We have customers attempting to link their Deel Sandbox accounts using our production OAuth app.

Issue
After the customer logs in, the OAuth flow does not complete, it gets stuck on an infinite loading page immediately after the login step.

What we’ve checked

  • OAuth client credentials are correct

  • Callback URL is set up correctly

  • We’re using the correct base URLs/endpoints for sandbox vs. production environments

  • The only notable difference is that we’re using a production OAuth app to try to authorize a sandbox account

Questions

  1. Do Deel Sandbox accounts require using a separate sandbox OAuth app/client (instead of a production OAuth app) to link successfully via API?

  2. If so, can you confirm the correct approach for configuring OAuth for sandbox accounts?

If a dedicated sandbox OAuth app is required, we need access to configure it. The current email on our Deel sandbox account belongs to someone who is no longer at the company. Could you please update the email for our Deel sandbox account from:
