Unable to create account in sandbox env

I tried to create an API Sandbox Account under the Developer Center, but i get an error stating “a profile with this email already exists”. However, when i log into https://demo.letsdeel.com/ i see a You have no groups assigned message & seems like my account is in a weird state.

Is it possible to just reset my account (wiping sandbox data is ok)?

Hi @olivertang thanks so much for your patience as we worked on your request. Your account is now reset, so you should be able to create a new API sandbox. Please let us know if you have any further questions on this.
