Access Request - Sandbox

Hello,

I am at Fountain (ATS), we already have a Deel sandbox, but our account admin is on leave and I am unable to get the details. Can someone assist me with getting access to our sandbox account?

Hi @jeremy thank you for reaching out.

Sandbox is always linked to the email provided at the time of creation. However, in your case, we can add you to the sandbox. For this, you will have to raise a support ticket. Can you please do this?

Am I able to create a ticket without an account?

Is it possible to issue a new sandbox as we are not able to use this previous one? We have a client preparing to Go-Live and we need to get this moving.

Hi @jeremy,
Please have an Admin in your organization add you to Deel with the role “Developer”. Once you have the role applied, you can follow these instructions on setting up a sandbox.

Hi Cassy, I am still having the same issue here. It is showing the unreachable sandbox account. As previously mentioned, we cannot access this sandbox.
