Hello @volodymyr.d , You can update a custom fields using API, but the creation of this field must be done on the UI. Please go to Organization Settings → Custom Fields

Hi volodymyr.d, We currently only support updating the values listed in Update personal information endpoint and phone is not available. in terms of custom fields you can try using Update custom field value endpoint.

if I understand correctly “Update custom field value” can only update existing field, it does not create one, is that correct?

The title is currently a bit misleading and we’ll look into that but if you look at the description you’ll see: Add or update custom field values for a specific worker, ensuring their profile is up-to-date with the latest information.
