# Unable to create account in sandbox env

I tried to create an API Sandbox Account under the Developer Center, but i get an error stating “a profile with this email already exists”. However, when i log into [https://demo.letsdeel.com/](https://demo.letsdeel.com/) i see a You have no groups assigned message & seems like my account is in a weird state.

Is it possible to just reset my account (wiping sandbox data is ok)?
