# Getting 404 from auth endpoint

- Detailed description of the issue and where it occurs:  
We have recently received multiple user reports of 404s when trying to authenticate into deel from Puzzle. It appears that the urls changed between patch versions of your API. Were we automatically upgraded to a new patch version? We have not taken any action to change the API version we are hitting.

Hi @guilherme_deel , the auth url in prod. It looks like the auth url changed between patch versions of your API. How can I know which version of your API we are hitting? I don’t see it anywhere in the dev portal and we don’t define it anywhere on our end. Thanks
