# Cannot Complete OAuth - Authorization Code Request as an error occurs while collecting Tokens in Postman

- Org name: Oahi WFM, previously branded as Tambla WFM [Partner to DEEL]
- Detailed description of the issue and where it occurs:  
The below procedure was working between 24APR25 - 25MAY25 (Approximate Dates)

1. We use Postman to Get Access Token for downstream API Calls to Resources
2. A Sandbox was Created using the email registration **“vineet.reddy@tambla.com.au”**
3. Using Postman OAuth 2.0 → Authorization Code Flow

- Navigate to Authorization Tab
- Enter the Mandatory details in respective fields in Postman Request.
- Click on Get Access Token as in Image # 1

1. I use Postman to Get the Access Token

- Browser initiates to request Login Id and Password. Enter the ones linked to the Sandbox Environment
- Sign in Successfully
- Allow Permission page open up in the Browser and User clicks on “Allow” as in Image # 2

1. Postman momentarily shows Collecting Tokens and then Fails as Image # 3

There are no specific logs in Postman Console apart Image # 4

Can someone help us understand what is happening. We are in the middle of developing integration and currently we do not have a workaround.

Hello @Gabriela_Deel , I can confirm that the fix is working on Sanbox.

Now we can fetch the api access token.
